Terms of use

These terms cover the Fréquence site and app, in beta. The text is drafted in-house, from our notes. A lawyer reviews it before the public launch.

The service

Fréquence is for finding a night in Paris and going with a small group. It is not a dating app. What happens to data is in the privacy policy.

The publisher is Fréquence, in Paris. The site is frequence.live. The app talks to our server, joinin.monozukuri.cloud.

The beta

The beta is free. No advertising. We do not sell personal data. These pages are not a paid offer. Privacy and safety controls are never paywalled.

You have to be 18. The birth date is checked at sign-up. Other people see the age, not the date.

On iPhone, you sign in with Apple or with Google. On Android, with Google. No SMS in the beta. No identity-document check.

The account

You give a first name, a birth date, a declared gender, and a taste. Gender is used for women-only groups. The profile photo is optional for browsing, and for adding a night. It is required before you join a group, ask to join one, or create one, because people meet in person. By default, the photo stays hidden until you share a group. You can turn that off.

Blocking someone hides you from each other, both ways. The blocked person is not told.

A group’s room becomes read-only 24 hours after the night ends. You can no longer write in it. It is not where a friendship continues.

Conduct

No harassment. No fake profiles. No spam. No sexual content involving minors.

A report can lead to a warning, removal of a photo, takedown of a night, a suspension, or a ban tied to the Apple or Google identity used to sign in.

You may read the site. You do not try to interrupt it, take control of it, or pass it off as another service. The same rule applies to the app.

Links and posters

You can paste a public https link to add a night. You are responsible for having the right to point us at that page. Our server reads the page and may copy the poster, so the app does not point at the original file. A rights holder can ask for it to be taken down at contact@monozukuri.cloud.

The site

Today, the site presents the project and a “Préviens-moi” form. Nothing is sold there. Access is free. Leaving your email creates no account, no registration, and no contract. The address stays in your browser.

The texts, the name Fréquence, and the screenshots belong to their author. You do not copy them for another service without agreement.

Availability

The site and the beta can change, stop, or close. The sentences on the site describe the project. This is not an offer.

Liability

We are not responsible for a use that goes against these terms, or for an interruption. Nothing here limits a liability the law forbids limiting.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If there is no amicable agreement, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
